contractBooking Process:

The first step in the booking process after you contact us is to arrange a free, no obligation assessment visit from us. Before undertaking any walking services, we gather all the information we need to understand your dog’s requirements and ensure that your dog receives the best care we can offer.

If you are happy to proceed, we will give you a formal Quote and Contract for Service, which will include all the information you have supplied.  Your booking will be provisional until the signed Contract and initial Payment are received.

If you choose not to proceed with the Contract, please advise us as soon as possible so that we can release your provisional dates. Provisional reservations will lapse automatically after 7 days if we do not hear from you.

Payment terms:

  • payment in advance for the term of the contract, or
  • at the start of each week for open-ended contracts.

Payment methods accepted:

Cash, Bank Transfer, Paypal and Debit Card*

(*a 3% surcharge applies for Card and Paypal payments)

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable.

24 hours notice of cancellation of a scheduled slot is required or the full price is payable.

The entire Contract may be cancelled by either party with 7 days notice. 

The Contract may be cancelled if the owner does not fully disclose any behavioural issue and/or the dog proves unsuitable for the contracted Service.
