Frequently Asked Questions
How large is a group walk?
We will normally only take a maximum of three dogs on a group walk at any one time. Exceptions may be made, at our discretion, for households with more than 3 dogs, where the dogs are accustomed to walking together, but in this event we will not walk dogs from other households at the same time.
Do you offer boarding?
No, we do not currently have the facilities to board dogs, so can only offer walks, visits or dog sitting at your home.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for professional dog walking and pet minding/sitting.
Do I have to drop off the dog to you?
No, we will collect your dog(s) from your home. You will have to supply a set of keys or other means of access to your property. We undertake to keep all keys secure and return them to you at the end of your contract or on request.
What if my dog doesn’t get on with the others in the group?
Generally, dogs will get on with one another, but not always. We will ensure that incompatible dogs are not walked together. This may require a change in scheduled time slot.
